Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 10, 2025
AgoraWiki ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.
Information We Collect
- Personal Data: We collect your email address when you sign in via Google Authentication.
- Usage Data: We collect usage logs and chat histories to provide insights to your organization.
- Data Source Metadata: When you connect data sources (e.g., Google Drive, Confluence, S3), we collect metadata and access the data you explicitly authorize.
Use of AI Services and User Data
AgoraWiki may use third-party AI services to provide natural language responses and enhance user interactions. When a user interacts with our AI-powered features (such as chat assistants), the content of the user's prompts and related document text may be sent to our AI inference provider Scaleway, solely for the purpose of generating a response.
Scaleway does not store or use any user data to train or improve its AI models. According to Scaleway's data usage policies, all AI models are stateless and do not retain any customer data.
We do not use any Google Workspace user data (e.g., files, folders, metadata) to train, develop, or improve generalized or non-personalized AI or ML models. Google Workspace APIs are only used to access user files explicitly selected by the user, and solely to provide contextual AI responses.
We may update our AI service providers in the future, but we will only integrate with providers who guarantee that user data is not used for generalized AI model training. Any changes will be reflected in this policy.
How We Use Your Information
- To operate and maintain the AgoraWiki platform.
- To provide AI-generated insights from your connected data sources.
