Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: June 10, 2025
Welcome to AgoraWiki ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AgoraWiki platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Scope
The Service is intended for use by organizations and teams only. It is designed strictly for internal organizational use and may not be used for commercial resale or redistribution.
2. User Authentication and Accounts
Access to AgoraWiki is managed via Google Authentication. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their organization's access credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to any organization in the event of a breach of these Terms, abuse of the system, or any other justified cause. If compensation is appropriate, it will be provided before enforcement.
3. Data Ownership and Privacy
All data ingested by or generated within the Service (including chat prompts, replies, metrics, and uploaded content) remains fully owned by the organization. We claim no rights over your data and will not use it for model training or other unrelated purposes.
Data privacy is governed by the Privacy Policy.
4. Usage Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell or redistribute the Service or any part of it
- Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
5. Payments and Refunds
The Service is a paid offering, and fees are tied to your organization's usage. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and at the company's sole discretion.
6. AI Output and Liability
AgoraWiki uses LLMs to assist in providing insights and referencing source material. Generated responses are for guidance only. The company does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or applicability.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or decision made based on the content generated by the system.
7. API Access
AgoraWiki provides an API that mirrors the functionality of the UI. API access is key-based, and usage is tied to the same billing and usage limits as the chat UI. Abuse or excessive usage may result in access restriction.
8. Third-Party Services
If deployed in the cloud, the Service may rely on Google Cloud Platform and external LLM service providers. These dependencies may change over time. For on-premise deployments, these may be replaced with hosted alternatives under the customer's control.
9. Modifications to the Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes, and continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access only for solid, justified reasons. In such cases, customers will be notified in advance, and refunds or compensation will be considered.
